(10 & 12 mm) Tempered Glass Solid Forged Brass Construction Available in Several Finishes The CRL New York Series Shower Door Pivot Hinge features precision machined 300 Series stainless steel components. The New York Series pivot hinges offer even more possibilities for unique designs and applications. They can be used with our frameless header systems to create shower enclosures that are not attached to the ceiling. This series hinge uses non-mouse ear design for added adjustment. It has precision wound stainless steel return springs and is self closing from 25 degrees to self centering 0 degree return. (5 degree positive closure and 45 degree configurations available) Matched finish stainless steel Allen style clamp screws with an Allen wrench is included. Wall mount hinges include matched finish stainless steel mounting screws. Conservatively rated at 50 pounds per hinge.Using two hinges with 3/8 to 1/2 inch glass (10 to 12 millimeters) the hinge will hold up to 120 pounds (54 kilograms) with a maximum width of 32 inches (813 millimeters).Important Notes*NOTE: Glass-to-Header Style Requires Deluxe Header Components as Listed with Euro Header Kits.
